Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making aestheticadesignstudios.com accessible to everyone.

Effective: June 1, 2025

Our Commitment

Aesthetica Design Studios is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards across aestheticadesignstudios.com. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we continuously work to improve the experience for all users.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3) across all pages
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
  • Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements including navigation, forms, and accordions
  • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
  • Focus indicators visible on all focusable elements
  • ARIA labels on interactive components where native semantics are insufficient
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and are actively working to address them:

  • Live chat and AI demo interfaces — dynamic content updates may not be fully announced to screen readers. Remediation target: Q3 2025.
  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., booking calendars, payment forms) — accessibility of these elements is governed by the respective third-party provider (Stripe, Google Calendar). We select providers with strong accessibility records.
  • Motion and animation — some page transitions and scroll animations do not yet respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Remediation target: Q4 2025.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test our site with the following assistive technologies: NVDA + Chrome on Windows, VoiceOver + Safari on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android. If you encounter issues with a specific assistive technology not listed here, please let us know.
