Refund Policy

All sales of productized kits (e.g., Contractor Campaign Kit, Personal AI setup packages, and any other pre-packaged digital deliverables) are final. No refunds are issued after delivery. Because these are digital products delivered immediately or within a defined short window, we cannot accept returns. If you have a question about whether a kit is right for your situation before purchasing, email us first — hello@aestheticadesignstudios.com.

For custom project engagements and retainer agreements:

• Within 7 days of kickoff, no work delivered: A pro-rated refund of the deposit or first payment will be issued, less any administrative costs.
• After work has begun: No refund is available for work already completed and delivered. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, you will be invoiced for work completed to date at the agreed rate.
• Retainers: Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.

Strategy calls may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If Aesthetica cancels a scheduled call, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, email hello@aestheticadesignstudios.com within 30 days of your purchase or project kickoff date with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order or project reference. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at hello@aestheticadesignstudios.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
